The Ministry of Commerce has issued Notification 2963 on Reservation of Company or Enterprise Name dated 01 October 2020. The company or enterprise name may be reserved up to three (03) names with a validity period of two (02) weeks for each name reserved through the online business registration system. The name reservation can be renewed once on the condition that the request for the renewal is submitted at least one (01) day prior to the expiration date.
