The Ministry of Commerce issued Decision No. 095 (“Decision No. 095”) on Minimum Thresholds for Pre-Merger Notification on 14 March 2023 to monitor and evaluate the impact of mergers on competition.
Parties to a proposed merger are required to provide the Cambodia Competition Commission with a pre-merger notification if any of a merger party or its affiliate satisfies the following minimum thresholds:
